Yes, but rarely do things that need to be done these days actually happen.

Trump's lawyer will counter the unconstitutional restraints of that biased lawyer. The gag order may be dropped, but I doubt the case will get thrown out.

Democrats held the National Guard back and caused all the resulting confusion with their decision.

Yep, they purposefully delayed the deployment of the National Guard until 5PM making the whole ordeal bigger than it had to be.

And, in the meantime, they caught hundreds more people unknowingly wandering onto the Capitol grounds so that they could arrest them too. Also to make it look bigger than it actually was.

How can they have a case that doesn’t fit any broken laws?

They make up a case out of thin air... run him through their bogus legal system and into their kangaroo courts just to take up his time and money to keep him off of the campaign trail.

Bottom line: Election interference and wrongful misuse of lawfair against a political opponent!!! It will be appealed and will continue in 2025.

The underlying issue is that every time Trump speaks, the media covers it, so the more they fight to keep the gag order, the more public attention he gets. So they themselves are giving him free publicity.  For decades they have denied they have talking points.now even Politico has proven that is exactly what they are doing.
